thanks i can't believe it. i am scared to get my hopes up as it feels like it isn't real.

it's my fourth cycle since coming off the pill so feel lucky to have got pg so quickly.

i was reading something on another forum about a woman who had light bleeding like me and someone said it sounded like implantation so i had to test once i read it. just used a boots cheapo test, might get a clearblue later tonight.

Can i officially think about joining you ladies lol.

We have bought what to expect, my appointment with the Dr is set for my chat with him (and ive read i need a pre pregnancy blood test so i think i need to ask for one of those?) and have almost decided when im going to stop the pills.

in the mean time we are both taking our vitamins and im on the folic acid (OH read the longer you take it before the better so insisted i bought somethat night)

I think what kicked us on was the fact that i was a bit poorly and odd so had to do a test, the excitement we both felt before, and dissapointment after was enough to spur us both on that the time is right

So, i am officially considering ttc lol

Oh I'm sorry to hear that Caroline.

You can't help getting your hopes up can you, & then you can't help being disappointed. Keep your chin up hon & start focussing on next cycle...

Also bad luck Skinty on the timing with your OH going away.

(I'm not happy about having to use all these sad faces!)

Still no AF from me but I'm seriously SSing & making myself quite ill worrying/trying not to be too hopeful when it's still such early days etc. Am hoping for a very busy day at work to keep my mind off it...
