I Love Holidays - sorry that the witch arrived. Glad that you're feeling positive. I guess that knowing all the tests etc have kicked off, that you're moving forward. That's how me and hubby feel. We'll have some help soon. 12 days to our appointment - eek!

QQ & Greener Grass, thanks. I wasn't sure how pcos would affect using the opk's, so I'll go for some 40 miu ones. Thanks again. Still surprises me how clueless I can be even after all this time..... :rotfl:

Everyone must be off BD'ing, it's very quiet here today :p

Some people with PCOS has high LH and/or estrogen all the time, so CBFM & OPK won't work (will give you lines all the time):o

    I'm using CBFM, and I think it's great:cool:

The sticks can get expensive if you end up trying for a long time (like me:p). I use cheap OPKs and as soon as I start feeling the ov coming (cm, swollen that area & opk lines getting stronger), I use CBFM sticks. So I save as much as I can.

Also, once you get Peak, don't feed the stick anymore as the machine stops reading them, and give another Peak, High then Low automatically.

I do. For me its great. It tells me exactly when my peak is, and to keep costs down, I do what was recommended on here. I only use the sticks from day 6 (that's when i'm asked for the first one) up until I get a peak, then I stop, and just reset on cd one the next month.

Hi Girls, is there anywhere I can get preseed or anything like it from a shop? I know you can get it online but would prefer to get it from a store?

Oh, I bet that'll be me! I'll get more info about my blood results when I go for my appt, and hopefully will know how high my levels are :o

Had a quick google as thought that maybe boots would have it, but my searching suggests that they don't and it's not found in high street shops. I bought mine from Amazon and must admit, I've never looked in the high street shops for it.......Maybe ask a local pharmacy if they can get it for you? I know my MIL asked them to order her something before that they didn't stock. It took a few weeks, but they got what she wanted......

:(:( Well af finally arrived full flow today. Had been spotting brown discharge since Mon which was very unusual for me so I hoped it was implantation but my temps went right down today so I knew af was coming and she did along with the lower back ache I get .

I'm ok today, it was the last couple of days when I was bad, thinking I was in with a chance & letting it take over.

Me & Oh are off to Drs tomorrow. Its been a yr since I came off pill & I know we've only been ttc since Aug but OH had an op on his testes when he was younger so I jsut want to make sure that isn't causing probs before we try much more on our own.
Will let u know what happens.
