Santander bond calculation

I had a one year fixed rate bond mature on 1st August 2010. They have underpaid me by £200+. Apparently it is a software error and they still have not got the programme fixed. Is there anyway of getting this money?

    Go through their official complaint procedure then escalate to the Financial Ombudsman if they haven't sorted it within 8 weeks
