I have late payment fees on one of my past loans, I know I can claim these back, but should I also add 8% interest to the amount, as I have been deprived of this money, and should I take it from the date when the money was taken from me until they settle i.e. August 2010?
Also, does anyone know what UDD fee stands for?
Thank you
