Tesco twist

The tesco double your voucher programme on at the moment. You are una ble to get cash back or credit for returns. The goods we bought were faulty and all the others on the shelf were faulty as well. We were not allowed our money back only choose something else. We chose something we didnt want then complained to Customer services by phone. We received a voucher. All we wanted was our initial layout back....Plus on the internet the item was at half price so we really didnt get the bargain that was advertised.
Paddling pool £9.99. Tesco voucher for £5 turned into £10. On internet Paddling pool £4.99......!!!

  • and your point is?

The voucher is actually a credit note, as such has no cash value. You, as a customer have a choice. You can spend it all at once, or await the next offer.

I think it is incredulous that the vouchers appear only at certain times.

    Marketting that!
