Yes what is it with kids and keys and remote controls? Never met one yet who didn't see them as the ultimate toy!! But at least keys survive the dribbly sucking, better than remote controls!!You never get a second chance to make a first impression.0 -
If you've got one of those artificial pine Christmas garlands, decorating it with keys as well as pine cones looks really effectiveIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0

I've got an unusual one for you, which is not so much for keys but any old rusty metal bits.
Changing the colour of the flowers on your bushes!
The coniencious garderer will obviously only try this on a potted bush so save on extra work years down the line if the area needs redug or the original bush dies for whatever reason.
This is something my late granny always did and it's always stayed with me. because I was always sent out with bits for under her bushes.
To change the colour of the flowers of a hydrangia bush put rusty metal around the roots, old nails or chains anything really as long as it's rusty by adding the rust the chemicals are absorbed by the plant and changes the flowers to a bright blue as opposed to the pinks or purples that they start off as.
That's my hint for the day.xxx0
