Reading the latest thread on the change in the laws re booster seats,it occurred to me that many parents find it very difficult to easily access information as to whether a particular carseat is suitable for their car.

Britax,one of the more responsible manufacturers,in my opinion,have a section on their website where you can input your type of car and it tells you with a birds eye view diagram eg dont put the carseat in the front because of the airbag,or dont use certain seats because the configureation of the seatbelt causes buckle crunch.It would be great if someone brought all this info together onto one sight.

Ok not moneysaving,but maybe life saving,and difficulty with accessing this info from both car manufacturers and childseat manufacturers is a consumer issue.
