    Morning all!

Going for it this morning I think!

    - Sell purge, 5 opportunities today!!!
    - [STRIKE]Check banking[/STRIKE] Not horrific, have also made a new section to my red book which doubles as a spending diary for groceries and "my" money.
    - [STRIKE]Order ecigie refills, saves me £80 a month![/STRIKE] Done, must say I HIGHLY recommend these for any smokers wanting to be MSE about it.
    - DM to hang washing around like a chinese laundry (thanks mum!)
    - [STRIKE]Snacks from home[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Write Mr T's top up list[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Action list at lunch time[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Chimney sweep coming today, hopefully no jackdaws nests so will be £33 instead of £66[/STRIKE] YAY NO NESTS!!! Plus he said he only just beat the fire brigade... :o
    - Didn't vacuum yesterday as I'll probably have to do it after sweep today anyway, saves a bit of leccy!
    - [STRIKE]Boss not in today so will be nice and chilled out![/STRIKE]

    Debt-free and Proud!
Well today has been really wet but in true DFW style here is my small offerings for today:
    • DS's went with a family friend to watch Nanny McPhee (they even paid:j, but I don't feel like I owe them as on Monday I gave them a load of veges from the allotment.
    • 2nd lot of allotment goodies swapped for two loaves of fresh bread (now in freezer).
    • I went to the M & S sale and came home with nothing:eek::j.
    still to do
    • list at least 3 items onto ebay
    • freezer rest of allotment goodies
    • start the bramble jelly off
    • sort out work box ready for next week.
    :j DEBT FREE FROM 01/01/11 :j

    This thread is quiet today...

    Horrible weather here, ugh

    I have:

Been to work - a bit of a nightmare as I keep being asked to take even more things on

Realised that I am on leave from Friday through till the following Thursday though, which helps :T:j

I won't even think about what it will be like when I get back!

HM meals from stores and garden

Not NSD as I had to buy a birthday present for son-in-law to be. Also got a lettuce and some potatoes from Mr T as we have used all our HG ones up now.

Saved car park money, as OH had the day off to go to a funeral some way off, so he dropped me off at the station and took my little car (instead of his gas guzzler) - so double savings really. Very sad about the funeral though - an old friend of OH (but not that old), one of those people who don't drink or smoke, wasn't overweight and had plenty of exercise :( - I speak as a fat, lazy slob who sometimes drinks too much white wine :o - no smoking though as I am asthmatic

Read free paper on train to work

Seen to animals and plants - got to go out and water the greenhouse in a minute though

Might make some raspberry ice cream with bits from the fridge and raspberries from the garden, to use my new ice cream maker (there goes my diet again! I will only have a taste though.

That is about it for me - have a nice evening, despite the weather.

Hi all, still having my 'holiday' at home and enduring the wet weather. Consoling myself with the thought that at least I haven't forked out hundreds on a holiday in the UK with all this rain everywhere, and that I am watching the rain out my bedroom window not listening to it on a caravan roof!

    DFW today I:

    1) Drove to Yeovil to visit OH's Gran.
    2) Went to the Fleet Air Arm Museum and went on Concorde! Paid to get the whole family in with Tesco Clubcard tokens.
    3) LSD - just a couple of stickers in the gift shop and a mag for B.
    4) All meals from stores.
    5) Received a product to test for a survey site.
    6) Completed another survey.
    7) Checked banking, quidco and did SC.

I was going to the cinema to see Inception tonight, but having driven through umpteen floods on the way back from Somerset I am just happy to be home and will save that for another day!

    Have a good, dry evening!
