Embroidered Shirt

Hi all, I want to get some polo shirts done for a small company I am setting up. And of course money is a issue here I been told by lot companies that I have to have my logo convert to a dst format they want to charge me £35 does anyone know of any software that can do this ? Thanks

I'd start looking below. Bought a few reasonable and expensive t-shirts from them last year,and really can't tell the difference - all excellent quality.

you might find someone on ebay who offers the service cheaper.
The trouble is that with LOGO's there is no stitch direction information or thickness of stitch or anything in an ordinary picture format and so they have to sit at the computer and scan it in and usually then work through which stitch is going to come first for the machine to do a good job.
Really I think £35 is not a bad price for that.
I have an embroidery machine and have made designs and converted them and it does take a long time and knowing how the embroidery machine will handle the stitching to do a good job.
I think even if you were to try to convert it yourself, you might not get a good result and would resort to asking someone who offers the service.
