It should be, but blame the last government. They make millions selling addresses through the DVLA.
If the DVLA stopped doing that, the scam would shrink to virtually nothing overnight.0 -
Unless there is a company they deal with, like Ranger Services, who sell on to others any RK's they ask for. I can even see councils doing it to boost their funds.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
