It is on a yellow or white sticker on the back / side / top of the unit. You have to remove it from the dash to find it (unless it is a Fiesta with the "3 piece" unit then you press 6 and 2 and it will come on the screen)

I have checked my Kenwood KDC3024 stereo.
The lights on the panel doesnt comes up.
But the stereo is getting the power as i was able to eject the cd from the player using the eject button on the stereo panel.
Is it that the stereo is locked?
any help in this regard is appreciated.
I have a Skoda fabia car, i purchased it second hand and so i am not aware of the stereo code also.

Recently, i had taken my car to the service centre for resetting some error code displayed on the engine dashboard and may be the guys are the service centre might have disconnected the batteries and this thing would have got reset.

Any help and suggestion in this regard is highly appreciated.
