the only details i could find is this

Your radio is made by DELCO (now VDO) and unfortunately these codes are not available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet

Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option)
