Sorry. Your code will only be available from someone with access to the main dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a radio decoding specialist.

Can you supply the serial numbers off the radio and if it has it a security number. 
These are usually on a label on the back of the radio.
We can then see if we can find the code for you.

Apologies for asking again about this but my friend has been without a radio ever since their battery died in the lockdown.

The radio is a Clarion MC311D-A installed in a Japanese-spec Nissan Note.

The following information is displayed on the screen:
