Hi,
I had to change the battery on the car and after connecting the new battery, the multimedia device of the car, Skoda Stream mp3, asks for the unlock code.
This is the second time, in the life of the car, when I change the battery. For the first time I did not have this problem, even when it was necessary to disconnect the battery.
I do not have this code and I do not find it in the documentation received with the car at the time of purchase.
The car is a 2007 Skoda Octavia 2.
Can anyone give the correct code for my Skoda Stream mp3, please.
The serial number of the Skoda Stream mp3 is SKZ7Z3G0003474
The VIN of the car is TMBCX21Z782013555
All the electronic components of the car are the original ones.

If it is the original radio first of all try switching off the radio, then switch on the ignition and with the ignition on turn on the radio. This should activate the stored code.

If it doesn't work your code will only be available from a main dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a radio decoding specialist.

I already done that. It just request the code.
So all i have to do is to go to the dealer. This is expensive. I think i better buy another unit. A more modern unit, maybe with Android.
