Is there anyway to find out the serial number of the radio without removing it?
We have a load of work done but the garage has said they can't get the radio unit out to confirm the serial number...

You will have to get the unique serial number off the radio to find the code. Sometimes pressing buttons 1 and 6 or 2 and 6 together will display it. If not the radio will have to be removed to find it on the label on the back. It will usually be a M or V followed by six numbers. Post that serial number and we can find the code for you.

You have to have the serial number to see if it's possible
