Thank you, I clicked the link you gave and it says my radio was originally fitted to a corsa, I really don't know anything about cars sorry but as my car's a zafira will this one work in my car? I bought the car recently and the place I bought it said it was the original one I just had to go online for the code
It claims to be a built in sat nav will that work too or am I just better off buying a new one0 -

Your best bet is to take it into a local Radio Decoding Service where they will decode/recode etc. your unit and you will leave with a working radio.
You could use the link quoted in a previous and that will cost £50 plus p&p.
If you find someone local then you will save the p&p.
Try a Google search mentioning your home town or ask at your local Car Audio Store.
Buying a replacement ( new or used) will no doubt cost ££hundreds so a decode will be cheaper and worth it.0 -
