You will have to get the serial number off the radio to find the code. Sometimes pressing buttons 1 and 6 or 2 and 6 together will display it. It will be a M or V followed by six numbers.

If not the radio will have to be removed to find it on the label on the back.
Post the serial number and we can try and find the code for you.

Thank you - I just checked and I can see 2 serial numbers in the manual.... V051547 OR V053271. I can't tell but I'll go check now. Thanks!
