I just had to have the battery replaced on my Nissan Note 59 - I thought I had the code but the RAC guy tried to enter it twice with no joy. Is it possible that the code was changed by a previous owner? Radio model is CM0021, serial no. 90941224.

Sorry. Your code will only be available from a main dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a radio decoding specialist.

Thank you, though not what I wanted to hear. Does this mean that a previous owner changed the code?
