have gone for the last 2 weeks without a radio and its killing me
i have a ford focus is there any chance you could find the code for me please
the radio is 6000cd
and the model number thingy is m621770

If I get this right someone here will give me the radio code for a Clarion Car Radio?

Peugeot wanted to charge me £25 for this and I had to take the car in. Ebay would sell me a CD but couldn't be sure it would cover this brand of radio.


If someone can reply with a working code for the replacement radio I'll send RNLI £10 in thanks.

This units code can only be calculated if there is another number that is 12 letters and digits long on the barcode beginning with a letter C, not a CL such as C70000001234. Have a look to see if this style of number is on the label on the back of the unit. If not it is only possible to get the code from the main dealer or a car radio specialist.

When you say a car radio specialist - will it need to go in person to a company like halfords or is there a company online you could suggest?

Looking further into this model, it appears it will need a main dealer as this radio is VIN coded and electronically linked to the car. so can't be done without programming it with the cars electronics.
