Sorry M070200 tired 7728 and 5991 and neither work? Any help is appreciated
7728 is the correct code for M070200. Where are you getting the serial number from, if not directly from the unit - either the sticker or in some cases the screen clearly with an M in front - it cannot be trusted. In fact that number looks familiar as one of the numbers - without the M - that appears on the screen but is not the serial number.
  • Hi thanks for reply I followed instructions online pressed 6&1 and got 3 screens 070200 mjp fjs 4-09 assumed it was m070200??? Iy locked at 10 and I released the lock it now appears code --- with a 12 underneath so I've only one or 2 more attempts? If I hold 5&6 together it comes on for a second or two but goes off again, I'm really confused

You now have no choice but to remove the radio from the dashboard and quote the correct Serial Number found printed on the label

    Hi Folks,

Fantastic thread - surely a contender for the longest ever...

If anyone could help with a code for a Siemens CDR500 in a 2004 Vauxhall Zafira, I would be most grateful.

Radio Serial no is: GM 0500 4223 6842

    Cheers,

    John
