Unfortunately your code will not be available for free from anywhere on the Internet as this Serial Number is not in the available PHILIPS database.

It requires access to the original manufacturer`s database which is only available from your Main Dealer .

Otherwise try a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop who will electronically "read "/ recode the memory chip (EEPROM) using a laptop and specialist software.
