Can someone please help with my radio code?

I have an old Blaupunkt Verona CR43 stereo in my old mini. Don't have a code and it's locked.

Serial No: BP2752P8156291
Model number: 7 642 752 013

Sorry....your code will only be available from someone with access to the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet

Good morning. I found my old Rover Metro factory head unit up in the loft earlier and I'm giving it to my neighbour for his car but there's that bloody code!
