Unfortunately the "V" series codes aren't available for free anywhere on the net, you will have to contact your local dealer.

After several months without the code my wife was going bonkers just humming to herself everyday. So I found a free code finder which worked immediately for her fiesta. The site explains how to obtain the serial number (without having to remove the radio) and once inputted it provided the code in seconds, with no cost and without asking me for any personal data.

After getting a new battery for my Corsa the stereo is now saying its in "safe" mode and I can't find the code.

I am not sure what the serial number is so I will just give you the details of what I can see on the radio:
