Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Good afternoon good people of the forum

I purchased an '04 Focus on Sunday and do not have the radio code.

I have all the relevant handbooks but the space where the radio code should be is blank.

I used to sell new Nissans years ago and writing in the code was part of a checklist...

Anyhow, the serial number on the radio is M490140

Any help or suggestions gratefully received!

If this is your last attempt them make sure V025539 is correct (on the printed label on the radio casing)

Your code SIEMENS will only be available from someone with access to the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service.
