Your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford).

I have gone a very long time just listening to the engine revs and the various squeaks and rattles. Could someone please help me resurrect my radio with a security code.

Ok, ta. Have just sourced a program that claims to generate some V series codes (maybe has an embedded DB). I don't actually need the code at present - just have a car with a radio and no code - so was looking for code for possible future use.

If anybody has a V-series serial/code I could test the program...

It is unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet.
