This thread looks like it might be able to help me (I have been without car CD player for 18months) I have a locked CD player in my vauxhall zafira.

Info on the CD player itself is as follws

Siemens VDO
GM 495086337
No 24469302
Type CDR 500 (E)
2F4
Then a couple of numbers on some barcodes:
A2C53057593
BS0005152550958

The number on the detachable fron of the CD player is

>Pa6 GF15< GM13107918

Any help would be appreciated, even if it is to tell me the only way to unlock it is to go to a local dealer!

Your code VDO will only be available from someone with access to the Main Dealer database.

It is unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet.

I've just replaced my car battery and the radio now needs a code which I unfortunatly can't find, is there any possibility of help on this please.

There are two serial numbers on the radio which are:-

9022 213 96752 04

And

003 9912 2298180
