Code entry is as follows.
RENAULTS WITH RADIO STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS
Switch Radio On - Display Shows 'CODE' quickly followed by
" 0000 " with the 1st digit flashing
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For FIRST Correct Digit displayed
Press " ¬ " On The Stalk Control To Enter
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For SECOND Correct Digit displayed
Press " ¬ " On The Stalk Control To Enter
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For THIRD Correct Digit displayed
Press " ¬ " On The Stalk Control To Enter
Rotate Thumbwheel " For FOURTH Correct Digit displayed
If the correct code number is now shown on the display
Press And Hold " ¬ " Until A Beep Is Heard (typically 3 seconds)

Your code Pioneer will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet..
