1218 is the correct code for that serial. Press 6&1 or 6&2 and the number may appear on the display clearly as M123456. If not you will need to pull it from the dash and read the serial from the sticker. Stop entering codes as you only have 10 tries before a reset sequence is required and 13 before you will have to bin it.

Hi Molerat - Many thanks for your quick reply
I Pressed 6&1 & it brought up DP MV SH followed by 09-00-00 and then 507000 12
I guess this doesn't help with the serial number!
Is there a possibility that the keycode has been changed at some point in the past before I bought the car?

I bought a 2000 the fiesta a month ago had to disconnect battery after doin some work but owners who I bought off never gave me any codes for radio I'm stuck without it at moment been like it for 3 weeks now can any1 help me get a code please here's my serial no for the CD player : MOO 1524 it's a 6000 rds E-O-N player much appreciated if there's a code for me
