  • Hello. I have a 2009 For Focus sportvan with a SONY cd mp3 Radio. My battery died today. With the change came the need of the radio unlock code. The card code is in blank. The radio SN is SOCD1X9VO12966 (O may be zero?!). Is it possible to unlock it before monday at a ford stand? Thank you.

    Hello

My battery was disconnected from the car last week, and now I need to input a code into the radio to get it working.
I don't know where to start with this and there's only me to do it.

Can I get hold of a free code anywhere, is it true that the code is printed on the rear, is it easy to remove, and is my radio a Blaupunkt or Phillips? (see pic below if it comes out!)
The car is an x reg if it helps.

    Thanks
    Tara

    Hello,

Removes the radio with 4 nails and gives all the references on labeled or engraved on the metal case. (Phillips)

Could you please assist me with a code for my vw golf radio
    serial: VWZ4ZE5197753
It's also reads delta 6 radio on the internal sticker. Thanx

    Sorry...
your code will only be available from someone with access to the VW Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

See your PM message for reliable options

Otherwise try Ebay, your Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service
