FORD CODES ONLY! -- we need the ( correct ) serial number to get the code -- if you need your serial number then some radios you can press the preset buttons -- 1&6 or 2&6 -- & it may display the serial number if not then the radio will have to come out from the dashboard ( a vidio on you-tube can show you how ) on the casing of the radio is a label with the serial number on it for that radio ( see photo on the left eg M123456 or V123456 one letter & six numbers ) if its a M serial just post it, BUT IF ITS A "V serial" then its not free as V codes are done by the FORD data base if you need info on poss best sites please ask by posting here & a message will go on your private messages on the header at the top of the page --- or take a look on e-bay I will send a message if needed !

Could you help with radio code (6000) for Ford Mondeo 2006, serial as below:
FDD2006 M024387

I got this number by keeping pressed 6 & 1 on the radio, as in an youtube video. Hope to be the right one and not have to remove & read the code...

New member here - hope I'm getting this right.

Like everyone else I only realised I didn't have the code after I'd already disconnected the battery. It's been three months now but I've finally managed to work out how to remove the thing so I can get to the serial numbers.

It's a Siemens VDO CDR 500 (E) which lives in my 2005 (54 plate) Vauxhall Zafira.
The two numbers which have bar codes next to them are:
A2C53057593
and
BS0004472458834

I'm thinking one of those is probably the serial number?

Is anyone able to help with the code? Mrs P won't let me try and fix the car myself again if I have to pay twenty-odd pounds just so the kids can hear the Lion King soundtrack...:)

Hi, please could anybody help me out, I've just bought a car but the stereo needs a code.
It's a Ford 4500 RDSE.O.N and serial is M050987
Any help appreciated.
