Thanks for code. It seemed to only work temporarily though. My husband entered it and was able to retrieve a cd but it performed a countdown and went back to enter code!
Any ideas what to do please?

The code was correct for your serial No. Check the power supply to the radio may have an intermittent connection, Try the code again and hopefully all will be OK.

Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
