You need a 6 figure number with prefix M or V (M123456) or (V123456) .

Hi Guys,

Im a bit upset right now. I just bought my first Ford 2008 Mondeo and it appears the radio is locked. After pressing 1+6 as advised before I got alot of lines coming in and one of them was V106581 (which I assume is the serial number).

Would you be able to help a brother out with the code for this thing?

sorry to say that v codes are not available for free, but you can get them of ebay for under a fiver.

Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Volvo Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from a Volvo Dealer...if you try several then you may be lucky as Volvo are often more customer friendly than other manufacturers) )
