    hello from portugal,
my mondeo has a sony 6000 cd radio with serial number GLJ096322.
can someone give a little help?
The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Radio removal instructions can be found here

    Hello,

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code that can be calculated (using a serial number ) anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C 70000001234 on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing.

Sorry I cannot do any thing with the serial No. you have posted.

If the unit is ford oem EUROPEAN should have V or M prefix on serial No. (CHECK)
  • seems that i have to take it out again and search for that serial you talk.
  • The serial is v002250

Well we can only give you some little advice on V serial codes. V serial codes are not available free search the net, eBay for best deal and check for good feedback. good luck: You should get for £5 or less.
