Yes you need to wait 30 mins, but as your tries at entering a code are limited be careful and check serial is correct and posted correctly you do not need to work out the serial No. will be show'n in the display in your case as (M811000) So check carefully :

the radio will lock and can only be unlocked by software make certain you see the correct code in the display when pressing button 5 to enter if you are certain you have done this then you may have the wrong serial No. the only way to check this is to remove the radio and find the No. on a label on the casing of the radio.
