Hi Can somebody help me with a code for a Ford FD 600A radio please. I bought it off Gumtree to replace the old radio in a van I've just bought, the guy said the code written on the back was the right one turns out it wasn't.
The number on the radio is M011114, the code he told me was 1628

can anybody help i need a code for my stereo although it has 1 writen on it the serial no is gm050021436990 it is a cdr 500 e please help its driving me crazy

Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
