Got a Ford Fiesta from a dealer but they wont give me the code for the radio and this is a proper Ford dealer that wont help

Evening All!
I hope you can help me, or rather my parents, as the battery on their 2001 Vauxhall zafira died! So I've changed battery, but can't fix radio as radio pass is missing, radio is a Blaupunkt Car300 (f) GM030M15935232 part no. 7 649 852 520
Hope that's enough info to fix it?
