Thanks regworts, just the job.
Note for others, you do not need to purchase the special keys to remove stereo to get to the Serial number, just press 1 & 6 simultaneously and the s/n might appear, do this first before buying key's.

Hi Thanks for the reply...My serial no is MOO1843 And the radio is a 5000 RDS.
I changed the battery on my van and lost the radio.would love the code for it.
