Thanks for your reply G.Ayrton, but sorry you have completely lost me. I don’t have this number on the official Fiat code card. Where would I find this code?

RegWorts has already replied, and came back with the official Fiat code that I already have, but the official code is not being accepted. The only thing I can do is to take the radio out and check that the serial number I have on the card, matches the actual radio installed. If it doesn't, then that is possibly why the code isn’t working. If it does match, then I have another issue which I will get Fiat to fix, as the radio was about the only thing that worked when I took my car in to them for the ECU replacement.
