Usual story -battery disconnected by garage on my Mondeo and then they could not remove the radio to check serial number. They say they will have to take the whole front dashboard off and that it will take a whole day. 5 mins on internet told me to press 1&6 to get serial number FDD2006M016601. Can you tell me the code for M016601 for my eternal gratitude.
