Car Radio Unlocking

Hello reg worts,

I have had a nightmare with my stereo and have been without the use of mine for some time. I've taken my stereo out and have got the following information

Model no. 22DC278/62B
TOV294
RN278F20209697
Prod no FD0302220209697

There was no number printed on the steel casing. My car is a 2002 Renault clio if you can help I would be eternally grateful as I'm going out of my mind with no driving music!
