If this type of unit uses the same sequence as normal ford radios it is 0632.

Code: 5204.
It's been a while since I've done one but I believeyou press button 2 on the radio for the first digit (5) number 3 is (2) 4 is (0) and 4 is (4), press the button until you reach each number then press 6 to confirm.

If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me
