Anyway to get a code from ford without ripping out the unit

(Still have 4 knives aka keys in my unit, one of which Is jammed or 'up to its nuts in guts')

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display the Serial Number

Hiya guys!

After managing (eventually) to get my stereo out to see if the number was helpfully scribbled on, trying that number and getting the 'wait 30.00' message please can somebody help find my code? The serial number is M229741...

Unfortunately she appears terminally I'll with copd equivalent to smoking 1000 a day and is running on 3 cylinders....resorted to Haynes manual, oil/air filters, coil pack, rocker cover gasket and (yet more) spark plugs to fit on sunday...

Hi Folks, just bought myself an old mk4 fiesta for the winter months to give the mondeo a rest. This car was not fitted with rear speakers. I need some music to keep me company on those dark journeys to and from work. Whilst trying to wire them in, like the genius I am did not check if the radio code was there first........ It's not!!

Could somebody please help me with the code for this stereo with the serial number :- M189720

Any help will be greatly appreciated
