I recently got my battery changed in my Ford Fiesta and I need a code for my radio. I actually called Ford with the VIN number and they were nice enough to give me a code but it didn't work.

Model number: FCT006A2
Serial Number: 4864437

Apparently serial numbers should start with M or S so I don't know what the deal is with mine.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
