Hi could you possibly help I need my radio code for a 2005 ford focus radio is cd6000 s/n is m128961 if anybody could help that would be great

Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

hi i changed the battery in the focus and dont have the code to reset it,hope you can help the serial num is mo41516 any help much appreciated,or will it be m041516.

Codes for V serials are not available free. Try ebay for the best deal, under £5.
