You need to enter the code via the steering remote.
Use the thumb wheel to change the numbers and press the lower button to change positions, once the code is fully displayed press and hold the lower button until it beeps.

Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

This radio requires you enter the code via the Steering remote.

This radio is standard in Laguna's & Clio's and if the screen has gone then you'll need to replace it. (£5~£10 from a breakers yard)
The top panel just pops off to expose the screen, remove the front two screws and pull the screen forward. Remore the two plugs by moving the lever on each plug from left to right (Red and Grey plug)
Reverse this to install new screen

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.
