Car Radio Unlocking

Can anyone help, I have Ford Mondeo radio 6000cd and the code i have isnt working, think we may have the wrong code 1270... the serial number is M362779, we've input the code we have by entering the number using the number 1 to 4 keys and then pressing the 5 to enter but it keeps going back the the 30 minute count down.....Please can anyone help

4694 is the original factory code listed on the Philips database for the Serial Number quoted RN679FP1166563

Check the Serial Number again (found stamped in the metal casing )

If correct then your radio may have been recoded in the past to a different number

ok, so water pump broke on our 04 mondeo - got it fixed, but garage disconnected the battery and we can't find paper work to sort out the radio.

done the 1 & 6 button thing to get the serial number but I don't get an M or V, I get the following....
HLA 20-Feb-04-0
CDSW 01.09.02
Radio SW 3.9.6
Bezel SW 1.1

can I get a code from this or can someone tell me how to get a serial number from the radio please.... many thanks

Not always a success. you will have to remove radio from dashboard
Lots of help on youtube , no need to buy any tools . need help , ask

It's the right serial number, it just beeps and goes into a longer lock cycle.

all sorted! decided to check through her car 'just in case' ... found all paperwork and audio code in the glove box! LOL
