SIEMENS /VDO codes are not available for free from anywhere on the Internet.

Main Dealer (who should have access to the original vehicle database) , local Car Radio / Audio Shop or a Decode Specialist.

If you have already paid for a code by just quoting the Seriial Number, then perhaps your radio has already been recoded to a completely different number.
If so then the Shop or Decode Specialist are the better options as they will electronically read/recode your memory chip (EEPROM) to obtain the correct code
