Hi, not strictly a noob. Been around for many years but my now ex-wife nicked our login for her own

Anyways, the sticker in my ford manual says the code for my serial number M018930 is 2644 but the code doesn't work. Can anyone tell me whether the code is right?

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

Otherwise try your Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service

Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Hi, could someone give me the code for my Sony 6 CD changer in my Focus. I disconnected the battery and locked myself out months ago. My wife has been driving it since then so I have not got round to sorting it...
The model is VP757F-18C821-DA and the serial is CZH059766.

Is CZH059766 the Serial Number printed on the label on the radio casing because it does not look correct?
