The last bit (E278074) I think is definitely the serial number. See my post above and see if you can get into the skydrive photo file. I'm utterly flummoxed as on all the images I've found online, the box on the label where this number is printed is labeled as the serial number box. Do try and look at the image though and make your own judgement. I could be missing something totally. Still won't let me reply to you PM for another 15 mins or so.
