Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

My ford transit radio serial no is 9913718....??? which doesnt follow the format of letter and 6 numbers.. trying to get code... not sure why it stopped working.. recently got aircon compressor fixed so maybe reset?? thanks
or is the code definitely somewhere in the van.. I feel like i've looked everywhere...

Press 6&1 or 6&2 and the serial may appear on the screen, clearly M****** (or V******). If it does not show clearly in that format then the radio will need to be removed to get the serial from the sticker.

code worked a treat, thanks for getting back to me so quickly molerat, still got error code when trying to access CD's but will try a few other things but at least she can still use the radio. thanks again, Billy
